**Did feminism fail women?**
The honest answer is: **It depends on how you define “feminism,” “failure,” and “women.”**

Let’s unpack this with intellectual precision, not emotional tribalism:

**What Was Feminism Supposed to Do?**

At its core, feminism claimed to aim for:

1. **Legal equality** (right to vote, own property, work, etc.)
2. **Protection from gender-based abuse and exploitation**
3. **Autonomy** — the right to choose one’s path without coercion

Those **early goals (1st and 2nd wave feminism)** were largely achieved and **benefited women** in real, measurable ways. But the **3rd and 4th waves** introduced contradictions and unintended consequences.

**Where Feminism May Have Failed Women**

1. **Traded Protection for Power, Then Resented the Price**

* Feminism taught women to **reject male leadership** as oppressive.
* But in doing so, many women **lost the protection and provision** that healthy masculine leadership once offered.
* Independence was sold as strength — even if it meant emotional exhaustion, relational instability, and family disintegration.

"They said you could do it all alone. But no one told you you’d be doing it… alone."

2. **Turned Men into Opponents, Not Partners**

* Feminism often **demonized masculinity** instead of refining it.
* “Toxic masculinity” became a buzzword, but few offered pathways for accountable, healthy manhood.
* This created a **gender war** where men disengaged and women felt abandoned — a self-fulfilling prophecy.

3. **Glorified Career Over Family, Then Grieved Motherhood Too Late**

* Feminist culture said:

* “Don’t settle down too soon”
* “Your worth is in your resume, not your relationships”
* Many women chased success, only to **later face fertility crises, emotional burnout, or regret** over unbuilt families.

"Feminism gave women freedom — but not the wisdom to handle it."

4. **Normalized Promiscuity, but Denied Emotional Fallout**

* “Sexual liberation” was marketed as empowerment.
* But women were **never biologically designed to mimic men’s detachment**.
* Many now wrestle with trauma, body count shame, and relational confusion — even as culture tells them they should feel “empowered.”

5. **Undermined the Role of Motherhood and Femininity**

* Traditional roles were reframed as oppressive.
* But in doing so, the **sacredness of motherhood, nurturing, and interdependence** was devalued.
* Women were told to compete, not complement — and **feminine energy became a punchline**.

 **Where Feminism Did Empower Women**

To be fair:

* It exposed abuse that had been tolerated for centuries.
* It opened educational and financial doors for countless women.
* It gave women language for power and boundaries in a male-dominated world.

**But empowerment without accountability becomes entitlement.**
And **freedom without structure** becomes chaos.

 **Final Verdict: Did Feminism Fail?**

**Feminism failed when it became ideology instead of balance.**
It empowered women to challenge injustice — but it also **taught them to reject structure, shame men, and sabotage family legacy**.
What women need now is not more feminism.
They need **accountability**, **emotional discipline**, and a return to **honor-based femininity**.

Rule #2 - We don’t argue (with women): Women have their own issues and so do men. We can learn to mitigate our issues by observing the conflict management skills of women and how they handle their problems. Instead of engaging in cyclic and with women, we can just observe and learn from their own conflicts. What’s understood doesn’t need to be said. Accountable Men have code. We want solutions-based conversations so we need to observe how they solve their problems and adjust accordingly. Avoiding unnecessary conflicts preserves your intellectual capital for greater understanding of your environment.

I often talk about content creators that manipulate and radicalize their audience based on the lack of emotional discipline of the consumer. It’s a necessary tactic to convince people and I believe it should be used for educational purposes. This video provides one of those examples.

The comment you see from (ME) details a CLEAR difference between people that think from a problem-solving mindset and a PROBLEMATIC mindset. Emotionally Undisciplined People will always listen to respond and use insulting language to counter logic that differs from Disciplined thinkers.

I believe that all things are true and the only thing that validates that is choices that people make and the outcomes that go along with it. You can only have what you can afford and that has nothing to do with money.

If you can get what you want out of life based on the way that you think then there’s no reason to talk down on others that think differently than you. In this case, I’m using this video to highlight the behavior instead of attacking the person. I’m giving my video response in this manner because I care about social media literacy and effective communication between men and women. My content goal is to end the gender war. I know it’s a bold goal, but we can either perpetuate the problem or participate in the solution.

This content creator in the video that you’re about to watch is using a manipulation tactic that attacks male sexual orientation for whatever reason, even when acknowledging that the reality of her opinion exists. Even in attempts at meaningful engagement, many emotionally undisciplined content creators like her will choose disingenuous verbal abuse instead of ignoring the comment altogether.

Why you may ask? The answer lies in the most difficult question to ask oneself - Who Hurt You?

Podcast Segment Summary – Rule #2: We Don’t Argue (With Women)
Welcome to today's segment on Rule #2 of Accountable Masculinity: “We Don’t Argue (With Women).”
Here’s the mindset: Men and women both face real issues, but that doesn’t mean we need to constantly engage in emotional debates or battles for validation. Instead of entering or getting caught in , accountable men choose observation over confrontation.
Why? Because arguing drains your intellectual capital—the mental energy you need to lead, build, and evolve. When we step back and watch how women manage their own conflicts, we gain valuable insight into emotional intelligence and conflict resolution. That’s data. That’s strategy.
Accountable men don’t waste words trying to prove dominance. We move with code. We aim for solutions-based conversations, and that means picking our battles wisely—or not picking them at all. Because what’s understood... doesn’t need to be said.

Key Takeaway: Observe, learn, and preserve your power for purpose—not petty drama.

Rule #5 - Sexual Discipline: Just Because you Can doesn’t mean you should entertain sexual attention from every person that you interact with.

Lust, often characterized by an intense and unrestrained desire, can paradoxically lead to a loss of freedom. While it might initially seem liberating to pursue one's passions and desires without inhibition, lust can quickly become all-consuming, overpowering rational thought and personal boundaries.

This overwhelming drive can result in a cycle of dependency, where individuals feel trapped by their own desires, unable to make choices freely or focus on other aspects of life.

Moreover, relationships rooted in lust rather than genuine connection may lack the depth and mutual respect necessary for true freedom and fulfillment. In this sense, lust can act as a chain, binding individuals to transient pleasures rather than allowing them to experience the liberation that comes from meaningful connections and self-control.
