Many have asked me what integrity means to me. I'll share my thoughts with you:

I identify two key pillars of integrity:

1. External. This is when how we look matches how we feel inside. There's no gap between your desired image and your reality. When your appearance fully reflects your character, tastes, and interests. When people around you, upon first contact, perceive you for who you truly are.

2. Internal. When you understand yourself, your needs, and desires. When you can say "no" without feeling guilty or awkward.
When you can calmly separate your desires from the desires of others. When you've learned to enjoy life without the help and participation of others. When you feel good alone.

May your day be filled with little joys, soft smiles, and quiet peace. 🌿
