Learn Blender from the ground up in this hands-on, six-hour class covering modeling, materials, animation, and rendering, empowering filmmakers and artists to create professional-quality 3D visuals. This month only, save $30 on this two-day introductory class (Jan 21 & 22).

🥳 Toast to Michelle Washington, an AFS Producer and graduate of our Creative Careers Pathway 3 program, who had her Austin Public-made show, Behind the SEAMS, officially recognized by the City of Austin. The mayor proclaimed November 2 “Behind the SEAMS Day” in honor of the show’s impact and connection to local creators.

Michelle shared that this recognition isn’t just about the series itself, but about the support and resources she received at Austin Public—from education to equipment to a community that helped bring her vision to life.

Stories like Michelle’s show the real impact Austin Public makes every day for AFS Producers, storytellers, and Creative Careers participants. We’re proud to be part of her journey and proud of the work our team and our community continue to build together.
