I’ve been a color specialist for 17 years…and this might be an unpopular opinion, BUT you don’t have to specialize in “one look” to be successful. Clients get bored with the same color after a while, I need to be able to provide them with options when they want to change it up. When people ask me the kind of hair I do… I say I specialize in custom color and hair health. What does that mean? That means I create looks that enhance your natural features like skin tone, undertone, eye color, hair texture, and hair shape. No matter the look, I will keep your hair as healthy as possible during the process. If it’s something that I know will cause too much damage: I provide other options and let the client decide if they want to try the healthier options or see someone else. I take the time to get to know my client, their lifestyle, the products they use, how often they wash, how they wear their hair, what kind of maintenance they want, what they like, and what they don’t like. i strive to Create a healthy look that truly fits all of them🫶 Whether you want to specialize in one look or not… that is up to you!
