The Kneeland Project We inspire, excite and educate broadcast news directors across the country to improve the quality, ethics and excellence of local journalism.

We unite some of the industry's most seasoned, veteran news directors in conferences where they both share and gain knowledge. We help them out-think and out-hustle their competition in four-day sessions that are intense and unique. Thanks to our generous funders, we pay all tuition costs as well as accommodations for selected news executives.
