Justice is in the air! We are producing concurrent broadcasts for UT Law CLE, TTU Law Official Site, and Texas Trial Lawyers Association live today! All distinct separate events with specific needs and unique technical requirements. I'm not gonna say we could be lawyers by the end of this week, but we've certainly racked up enough CLE to pretend. As we start to see the Hybrid Event model come to fruition I couldn't help but run some "virtual" numbers from the last 12 months. As of this week since March of last year we will have broadcast over 3,200 hours of content streamed to more than 50,000 attendees. We were so honored to work with Emancipet a few months back in broadcasting their Lunch-In program. Producing a remote and fully virtual program while enabling a real-time live switch from our studio allowed us to cut in some great pre-recorded video and showcase truly touching stories. Emancipet's Virtual "Lunch-In"! Celebrate the magic of pets with us and the role they play in our lives - especially during this difficult time.
We recently had the opportunity to produce some pre-records and real-time live streaming of services for Congregation Beth Israel - Austin, TX. This was a pretty straight forward 4 source multi-switch broadcast delivered to youtube but felt really special to be a part of. Knowing the production allowed hundreds of families to find a meaningful way to worship this time of year was just icing on the cake. We heard some very poignant and heartfelt sermons along with a powerful message about our duty to stand up for those things we believe in and how we as individuals are bound to make the world a better place for all. Overall, an exceptional use of technology for a very personal experience that was inspiring to be involved with. Check out this cool little piece the local news did as well.

The production world has changed so much in the last 6 months it is hard to put words to the unlikely opportunity these unfortunate circumstances have presented. Audion has been providing live stream services for the better part of a decade and had a unique position to quickly reformat our live streaming event technology into a virtual space. This effort has allowed us to continue providing outreach to the mission-driven organizations we support. In the coming weeks, we will be highlighting some of the metrics gathered, best practices learned, and showcase several of the projects we have been honored enough to produce. We are beyond grateful for all the opportunities afforded us and so proud of the work accomplished to date. It's been a couple months now since we've been active on social media. Honestly, it's just been hard to find the words to say when our company has been blessed enough to stay afloat while so many other small businesses just like us are really struggling. We can't thank our clients enough for their continued support and trust in us to keep their events and lines of communication running strong. Our whole crew here at Audion has worked tirelessly over the last two months surmounting one technical challenge after the other building an ironclad virtual event platform that we could not be more proud of. Many small and large organizations live off the money/fundraising they make from live events and have been put in jeopardy with the necessary yet unfortunate circumstances involved with social distancing. We want you to know that Audion is here to help, and we are ready to leverage our technology for you. Over the next couple weeks we will be showcasing some of the events we have been able to help pivot in an effort to demonstrate our capabilities and how they can be molded to fit your specific organization's needs. Final presentation of the day! Almost done with our first week of virtual conference QuaranStreaming. Been a few LONG days of extreme focus, amazing team work, and A LOT of hand washing! So thankful for all our clients that have given us the chance and trust this week to pivot their live conferences into a virtual platform.

Keeping clean and staying alive over here at the studio. Doing the best social distancing we can with only two of us in the office in different rooms and two of us staying remote to run these webcasts.
Washing our hands, wiping everything down twice and working hard to keep everyone up and running. We have some remote solutions ready to go as well should the need arise.

Finally got our Lightform projection mapping system in! We were a little skeptical at first, but after only a couple hours of playing with it we are completely blown away. It makes 2D and 3D mapping a breeze, and the integrated augmented reality effects really bring your art or structure to life.
