Look guys! The Asparagus seeds have sprouted! The seeds were given to me by my hubby's co-worker who owns towards Houston. I am so excited! I will also be buying 2 years old crowns and planting them just because I want to be able to harvest dinner 😁

This was my first garden attempt when we moved to Austin. This garden bed has not had anything planted on it for several years. This was June of 2023. I planted everything late April. We had a pretty good harvest that year but I wished I planted earlier like in March.

Planning continues and hopefully next week, we can do some outdoor preps, move all the mulch in, and get some seedlings ...
