This is where ADHD starts to make sense
🧡 Join the ADHD Brain Crew ⬇️ Simply put — I’m an extroverted, neurodivergent human with ADHD. I’m not “ADHD itself,” I’m a person who happens to have ADHD — and that’s where the name Extrovergent® comes from. I’m an ADHD Content Creator who chooses to live life to the fullest, no matter the challenges. I flip the script — taking something often seen as nega

tive and giving it a positive spin. My content is fun, relatable, educational, and sometimes just plain silly — because ADHD life is all of that rolled into one. At the core, I believe in being unapologetically authentic. I don’t waste energy worrying about what anyone else thinks. That’s how I embrace life fully — with all its chaos and color. That’s why I always say:
✨ “Remember to love yourself, just the way you are.” ✨
It’s not just a catchphrase — it’s a code to live by. Disclaimer: I share my personal experiences as an ADHD content creator. My content is not medical, legal, or professional advice. I’m not a doctor or therapist — just someone living openly with ADHD and sharing my journey. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, mental health, or personal guidance.

They said it was a safe space… so I stopped editing my personality for a minute. 😅🧡

Funny how some people love authenticity until it stops looking the way they expected.

If you’ve ever felt like you had to tone yourself down, overthink every word, or hide parts of who you are just to fit in, you’re not alone.

The right people won’t make you earn the right to be yourself.

Of course my ADHD Brain would react like this 😂

while being too anxious to start
If you get it, you get it

TikTok: Why do neurodivergent brains get attached to things we don’t even fully enjoy? 😭☕ I still can’t tell if this Starbucks drink is amazing or terrible… but I keep buying it anyway.

With ADHD it can be hard getting stuff done, even when it’s hard, or important. Give this trick a shot. It’s may be good tip for ADHD. Note: All tips and tricks don’t work 100% of the time, or ever time. This is just a tool to add to your tool bag… metaphorically 🧡

“Everybody has ADHD now.”

Or maybe people are finally realizing their struggles weren’t laziness, lack of discipline, or being “too sensitive.” 🧠

ADHD can affect focus, memory, emotions, motivation, time management, and everyday life in ways most people never see.

A diagnosis didn’t create ADHD.
Awareness helped people understand it.

Having ADHD is remembering something embarrassing from 10 years ago… while forgetting why you walked into the room 5 seconds ago 🧠😭

The ADHD brain really treats every task like a side quest.

If this feels relatable, you’re definitely not alone 🧡
