☕️ NEW Coffee Trailer ALERT 🍵 in East Austin

is now open at 1101 Springdale Road (next to ) serving up delicious, hand-crafted lattes 🍵, cold brews ☕️, teas, and breakfast sandwiches 🥐! They make all of their syrups in house - expect London Fog, Bourbon, Vanilla, Lavender to name a few!

Our faves so far:
🫖 Sunday Morning - lavender and earl grey latte
🍓 Strawberry Matcha - fresh strawberry in there
🍋 Lemon Brew - half lemonade, half cold brew
🥐 Ham and cheese and turkey and egg croissant sandwiches

One of my friends I used to work with opened this coffee spot with his sis so it’s extra special and cool. So proud of them!

Great spot, parking lot, open every day, and good people! What more could you ask for? Give them a visit and remember to support local!

It’s a New Year, say yes to the best gelato in town, ALWAYS 🍦🎉

How lucky are we to have not one but ✌🏽 in Austin to get our artisinal chocolates and gelato fix?! Swung by KESSHŌ Burnet Rd. location on NYE during the day and devoured (no regrets) a house made sesame cone with a scoop of Banana Shoyu Caramel 🍌 and a scoop of Matcha Strawberry 🍓!

The matcha strawberry was better than most strawberry matcha lattes I’ve had in town and the banana shoyu caramel tasted like a bananas foster! Both paired perfectly!

Now let’s talk about the Mango Sticky Rice 🥭 - be prepared to be mindblown. First off, it’s DAIRY FREE but incredibly creamy thanks to the coconut milk and sticky rice. And if you’re a mango snob like me, they use only the best from India! IYKYK!

Grab you a couple pints to go and some chocolate bars as well. They have some of the most unique, thoughtfully crafted, insanely addictive chocolates you’ll ever try!

Best Bites and Drinks of 2025, Part 3! 🥪

Wrapping up this roundup with a few more incredible meals and drinks I’ve had this year. Can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for my tummy!

🌺 love how fresh, vibrant and addictive their chaat menu options are
🌮 the flour tortillas are insane!
🍣 à la carte sushi menu is some of the best in town!
🫓 absolutely adored the brunch here!
🍲 Mayu Black ramen slaps!
🧇 .atx had one of the best brunches I’ve eaten!
🍵 the cutest newest coffee shop serving up an incredible blueberry lavender matcha!
🐠 whole branzino preparation was spectacular!
🍵 strawberry matcha is perfection in a cup!
☕️ .atx drinks are so unique and delicious! Loved the peppermint mocha!
🍜 everything will satisfy that American Chinese nostalgic craving!
🥪 pork belly bahn mi is what dreams are made of!
🌭 Hott Texan and the Shaved Roast Beef

Looking back on 2025, I ate and drink a lot of memorable things (often multiple times throughout the year) so figured I’d share here in case you need some inspo for 2026 !

🍵 NEW Coffee Shop alert 🌈

The newly opened is now open on Burnet Rd and is so so cute! Expect a large menu of coffee, tea, matcha, and pastries. Some unique drinks on the menu that I can’t wait to try! LOVED the Blueberry Lavender matcha and PB Cookie Brookie - paired perfectly!

Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, natural light, bright colors, WiFi! Can’t wait to go back and try the Baklava latte!
