Chuck OT joins 2 Addicts & A Moron for a raw conversation about prison, mistakes, redemption, fatherhood, and what it was like raising a son who would go on to become That Mexican OT.

This episode is about more than the music. Chuck opens up about the choices that shaped his life, the lessons that came from doing time, rebuilding after the fact, and watching his son carve out a completely different path.
It’s honest, funny, heavy, and full of perspective on family, second chances, and what it means to change your life.

We are so damn excited for this episode to drop tomorrow!

I’ve known Chuck OT Pop for a minute now, and I can genuinely say he’s become someone I consider a brother and a friend.

There’s something different about the way Chuck talks about life. The knowledge he has, the way he explains things, and the perspective he brings to a conversation is almost like sitting down with a philosopher who has actually lived through the s**t he’s talking about.

There’s no judgment. No acting like he’s better than anybody. No pretending he has all the answers.

Just love. Knowledge. Experience. And a genuine desire to see the people around him become the best versions of themselves.

As men, one of the hardest things we can do is walk into a room with other men and put our pride and ego to the side. We’re taught to compete. To prove ourselves. To never look weak.

Chuck has taught me that there is strength in doing the exact opposite.

Be humble.
Listen.
Learn.
Show love instead of hate.
Build the man next to you up instead of trying to stand above him.

And as a father, what Chuck and his son, That Mexican OT, represent hits me on an entirely different level.

You can see the love. You can see the respect. You can see the bond between a father and his son that success, money, and fame could never replace.

I pray that when my kids are grown, they look at me with that same kind of love and respect. Not because I was perfect, but because they know their dad showed up, loved them with everything he had, supported their dreams, and became a better man along the way.

Chuck , I appreciate you, my brother. Thank you for the conversations, the lessons, the laughs, and most importantly, the example.

This episode is SPECIAL.

Tomorrow. 🔥11:30 AM CST on all platforms!

Chuck Fitnesstcb Chuck, father of That Mexican OT, when life feels impossible, you have to call somebody. A temporary problem doesn’t have to become a permanent decision.

👇 Men: were you raised to talk about what you’re going through, or were you taught to keep it to yourself? Let us know in the comments.

Somewhere along the way, a lot of men were taught that struggling quietly was the same thing as being strong.

“Toughen up.” “Keep a stiff upper lip.” “Handle it yourself.”

But sometimes being strong means telling another man, “I’m not doing okay right now.”
Men need other men they can talk to without judgment, embarrassment, or feeling like they have to have everything figured out.

You know the story is about to get wild when it starts with, “I had a m**h bo*g chained to my car.” 😭
Tracy and Stu look back at the kind of chaos that somehow felt completely normal in active addiction from worrying about getting pulled over with absolutely no way to hide the evidence, to a “three-minute” stop turning into getting dropped off four miles away.
It’s funny to look back on now, but it also shows just how different life can become on the other side of it.
👇 What’s the craziest thing that seemed totally normal to you at the time, but looking back you’re like… “WHAT was I doing?”
🎙️ 2 Addicts & a Moron — Episode 92: “You’re Not What You’ve Done”

08/29/2026

Recovery isn’t always black and white. There’s a whole lot of gray in between.
Kenny M.F. Norton talks about getting sober young, carrying things from the past, and realizing that what works for one person in recovery might not work for somebody else.
The message can stay the same without everyone having to take the exact same road.

👇 What do you think: is there a “right way” to recover, or is the right way whatever actually keeps someone sober?
