2026 Austin Music Award nominee for "Best Miscellaneous Instrument" and multi-instrumentalist known for being Austin's go-to vibraphonist, Carolyn Trowbridge returns to the show to talk about her debut solo album, "Found Memories" (out today on all streaming services and vinyl) with producer TJ Masters and some of Austin's best jazz musicians, getting her taco stolen by a grackle and how that became a song and a t-shirt, playing and shlepping the vibraphone, playing on Boleros "Psicodelicos II", the loneliness of being a solo artist, being a mom, and much more. Great convo. Carolyn is celebrating the release of "Found Memories" with a Waterloo in-store today, Friday, Jan. 9th at 5 pm and tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 10th she's doing two shows at Monk's Jazz at 8 and 10 pm for her record release show.
