Snow's BBQ is back!

I finally got to make my sandwich (as seen on Netflix chef's table about 5:20 into the episode). I make it every Saturday at Snow's and it feels good to make one again.

I take a nice bun and put a bed of potato salad. Then stack some brisket over it. I rip up some chicken skin and meat and drop some BBQ sauce on top.

Feels good to eat again.
