It’s been a long road back from this injury, but I’m incredibly grateful I was able to avoid surgery.

I kicked things off with a round of stem cell treatment from .akhan my fourth time working with him. He’s played a big role in keeping me healthy throughout my career, and this was no different.

Rehab started rough. I couldn’t even lift my arm at first. Just moving around with some humbling 0.5lb weights that felt like 100.

I’m not all the way back yet, but I’m making steady progress. This has been the longest stretch in 15 years that I haven’t been able to train fully. It’s taught me a lot about patience, and the importance of showing up every day, even when it’s just for the small, boring stuff that gets you better.
