It’s summer in Montreal and we livin’ our best lives 💓 On this day in 2024, 11weeks postpartum and I just played Nuits d'Afrique Festival International Nuits d’Afrique

Looking back, I didn’t realize how hella tired I actually was. I just kept pushing. But without a doubt I was an extremely grateful mama, happy to share music.

None of this would have been possible without the support of family and friends. It takes a village.

Thank you to my love Maître Engone Daphne Coriolan Sheryl Hétu for the footage 🥹 and our friends in the audience who came out to play.

Back to present day - Festival International Nuits d’Afrique 40th edition runs until July 19th - go check out some free shows!
