Antimatter Studios is a high end, analog hybrid studio located in South Austin. The studio centers around a Wunder Audio Wunderbar analog console and Pro Tools HDX system, with a beautiful mic collection and plenty of outboard gear and plug-ins to add to your sonic color palette. In addition, we have a 24-track Sony/MCI tape machine for tracking and a 2-track MCI mastering deck to print mixes. Our

building is located next door to Strait Music and walking distance from a selection of stores, restaurants, and cafes, so you can make music without ever getting back on the road. Getting really close. We have things up and running, making some test recordings which have been coming out really nice so far. From here it’s just a little troubleshooting, a little acoustic tweaking, and we should be in great shape!

It’s been quiet over here. Sorry about that. We have been moving into our new location and jumping the hurdles of construction. But, we got the room just ready enough to do Rock Camp. This is the first recording made in the new building! Cheers!
