200 tire strikes (if you don't have a tire to strike, perform 50 double push-up burpees with no pack or vest)
Then 5 ROUNDS
25 4ct jumping jacks
25 squats
25 push-ups
25 4ct mt climbers
25 Up downs
Bear Crawls 100ft
5 tire flips (if you don't have a tire, perform 10 sand bag over shoulder, or 15 KB swings)
Tower climb, on the way up hose hoist up and down (if you don't have access to stairs, perform 50 step-ups and 20 rows with 45-65lbs)
BUY OUT
100 burpees in a kit that you can perform all 100.
