Ingredients:
- 2 large English cucumbers, shaved into long ribbons
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice + 1 tsp lemon zest
- 6β8 oz cold-smoked salmon ribbons
- 2 small red radishes, sliced paper-thin into half-moons

Step-by-Step Method:
