🌾 Y'all, the Green Gables Menu is Officially Here! 🌾
Pull up a chair and stay awhile, friends! We are just tickled pink to finally share the official menu for Green Gables Homestead and Sanctuary. Everything that comes out of our home kitchen is made completely from scratch, baked with a whole lot of love, and served up with a side of true country hospitality.
From our oven to your family's table, we’re serving up fresh-baked bagels, gourmet cookies, custom charcuterie, and all sorts of specialty preordered sweets to brighten your weekend.
📅 How to Fill Your Pantry (Our House Rules)
Because we pour our hearts into baking everything fresh from scratch right here at home, we have a few little guidelines to make sure nobody misses out:
⏰ When to Visit: Our normal pick-up window is open Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
📝 Weekend Order Deadline: To make sure we have enough love to go around, all orders for weekend pick-up need to be placed by Thursday at Noon.
🗓️ Special Requests & Weekdays: Need a little comfort food on a different day? We’d be glad to accommodate! Just give us a friendly 48 to 72 hours notice so we can get your scheduled preorder ready.
🤫 Missed the Thursday Cutoff? Well, don't you worry! Life gets busy, so you can always text us on Friday or Saturday to see if we have any spare goodies left on the counter.
🍅 Fresh Produce: When the garden is giving, our self-serve produce stand is open Monday through Saturday. Come on by and see what's ripe!

Welcome to Green Gables Homestead & Sanctuary! 🏡✨
Y'all, big blessings and big changes have been brewing around here! You might notice things look a little different—we have officially changed our name from Blazing Tails Farm to Green Gables Homestead & Sanctuary.
This change comes from a deeply personal place of healing, growth, and following where god is leading us. Green Gables is a fresh chapter, and it is a sanctuary in every sense of the word.
💖 Our True Calling
Through this journey, we found our ultimate purpose. Our work with our beloved veterans and rescue animals has become our true calling. We believe healing happens together, and y'all, we will stop at absolutely nothing to ensure our veterans and sweet rescues succeed, thrive, and find peace here.

✨ A Big Day at Blazin’ Tails Farm! ✨
Our newly built barn and finished pasture are officially ready — and Barney and Starfire are already giving it their hoof-stamp of approval. 🐴💛

After months of planning, building, and dreaming, it feels amazing to see these two enjoying their new space. The barn sits perfectly against the tree line, and the fresh pasture is already their favorite spot to graze, explore, and settle in for the season.

Watching Barney and Starfire relax and stretch out on their new land reminds us exactly why we love what we do. This is just the beginning of many more happy mornings at Blazin’ Tails Farm. 🌾🌿

Y’all, our hearts are just burstin’ with joy out here on the farm! We’re excited to share that we’ve got a gorgeous litter of German Shepherd × Maremma puppies fixin’ to be available for adoption real soon. 🤎🐶

These little farm fluffballs are already showin’ off their good manners and big hearts — just like their momma and daddy, who are both right here on the farm for you to meet. Strong, smart, loyal, and sweet as sweet tea on a summer day! ☀️🍯

🌾 A big ol’ thank you to Smith Hay Company out of Branchport, NY for getting half of our winter hay delivered today! 🐴💛

Barney and Starfire are in heaven — those two sure do love their hay, and we can’t blame ’em one bit. There’s just something about the smell of fresh hay filling the barn that makes it really feel like home.

Now it’s time for our little farm family to wash up, settle in, and enjoy a quiet evening under the same roof (and stars) we’re so thankful for. 🌙✨
