Adhering to these sentiments, The Music Room endeavors to present an opportunity of epic proportions to the vocal talents that exist in the six states that comprise New England.

Grammy Award Winning Production of your own EP recorded in Studio A at The Music Room
Opening for the national act of your choice in summer 2022

Taking submissions (for four weeks) from Saturday, September 25 through Saturday October 23, 2021, The Music Room is looking for ambitious and gifted singers to compete in a twelve-week vocal competition that will culminate on Friday January 21, 2022, with the 1st place winner receiving a check for $15,000 donated by our sponsor FISHMAN, Inspired Performance Technology. The onsite competitions will take place at The Music Room, and singers will perform in our state-of-the-art venue throughout the contest.

Having just recently opened our doors on June 18, 2021, The Music Room has already realized national and international acclaim, and has featured an amazing array of legendary performers (all within the first 90 days) that have achieved global success such as Peter Asher, Jay and the Americans, Leland Sklar, Albert Lee, and many more to come including Steve Lukather (Toto), The Immediate Family, The Yardbirds, Blood Sweat & Tears and G. Love!

If you think you can really sing, you DO NOT want to miss this amazing chance to place yourself on a stage of this caliber and showcase your vocal abilities. Voting will be determined by a panel of prominent figures in the music-industry as well as a cast of rotating celebrity judges as the competition progresses.
