It is rare to be able to have a joyful childhood memory become ALIVE in front of you. Even more so as a record producer and recording engineer, to attend an event that truly, TO ME, would be a once in a lifetime experience!

Last night I was immersed as a fan of Star Wars for the FIRST TIME, in a LIVE film score setting with the AMAZING Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra. “The Empire Strikes Back” entire symphonic score was played LIVE with the film at Bass Performance Hall.

I felt like I was at Abby Road studios with John Williams hearing and seeing Star Wars for the very first time. I haven’t been moved by an experience like this in many, many years. Standing ovations TWICE for the symphony and the absolute MASTERY of conducting by Miguel Harth-Bedoya.

If you love symphonic music, if you are a Star Wars fan, you owe it to yourself to take a journey to a place “A long time ago, in a galaxy, far far away…”
