At Nala Marketing, we know that the best teams aren't just built in the boardroom—they're formed through shared experiences and plenty of fun! This past weekend, our team (+ the lovely Molly Suehr) took a break from our usual hustle to catch the Savannah Bananas in action, and it was truly memorable.

Watching the game together reminded us of the importance of laughing, cheering, and enjoying moments outside of work. These experiences not only strengthen our connections but also energize us to tackle challenges with renewed enthusiasm and creativity.

Always being "on" isn't sustainable. This is something James Hewitt learned when he had to slow way down during chemotherapy. He shared his story along with how he applied the lessons he learned about balancing effort & recovery to the workplace at The Global Leadership Summit earlier this month.

We really resonated with his message and the importance of finding this balance. . .not only in leadership roles and the workplace, but even specific to our field of digital marketing.

Leadership isn't a sprint and neither is social media marketing. Slow & steady wins the race. We'll take consistency over virility any day of the week.
