Day 47 and final day of our Alaska Trip

Trinidad CO to Houston TX
Because the Motorgoaters AC unit on thier trailer wasn't working and it would be too hot to sleep in once we hit the Texas heat, we left out at 4 am this morning with the intent on driving straight home. As we got closer we saw temps reaching 100 deg. which is HOT compared to what we left behind. All are home safe .
What a fantastic trip it was.

Day 46 of our Alaska Adventure

Cheyenne WY to Trinidad CO
It was another VERY WINDY! we passed by one of the many fires that are across Colorado and was pretty big. Stopped for the night at a Trinidad Lake State Park.

Day 44 of our Alaska Adventure
Woke up to a crisp wet morning. Drove to Buffalo and stopped at Deer Park RV.

Day 43 of our Alaska Adventure was pretty much a bust so we packed it up to head South.
Glacier National Park to a rest area near Harlowtown, Montana.

Day 42 of our Alaska Adventure

LToday we drove up Going to the Sun Road in Glacier National Park to see some magnificent scenery. A large party of it was inundated with clouds so we decided to try again tomorrow. Here are a few pictures from today.

Jasper to Banff
We left Whistlers Campground and l headed South down the Icefield Parkway. It is such an awesome drive through the Canada Rockies, stopping for the night at Two Jacks Campground in Banff National Park.
