A raw, personal document of survival and resilience, William Goldsmith (Sunny Day Real Estate, Foo Fighters) and Justin Tamminga crafted these songs through years of upheaval, including traumatic brain injury, personal loss, and the isolating weight of lockdown. From sludgy riffs to introspective passages, the album balances crushing heaviness with moments of hope.
