What could have been done differently here from all perspectives? Towards a he end of the video, the dog owner is tricked into talking herself into a ticket. They also hid from her the fact that the officer t*sed the dog. If you pay attention, it wasn’t even the woman’s fault. Her brother was watching over the pet. There’s something else I found odd about this video, there’s a moment when the female officer tells the woman that when she goes to court, they will put the dog in her brother’s name since he was the one who was watching it. What baffles me is the fact that bureaucracy forces government to lie on paper? And the people as well? I’ve come to realize that government has gone too far in America. What are your thoughts?
