She’s a nationally recognized voice on racial equity and civil rights, with work featured in Forbes, The Washington Post, and PBS. Brandee previously served as Chief DEI Officer for the City of Philadelphia and teaches Critical Race Theory at Drexel Law. She equips leaders and institutions with the tools to transform systems—not just navigate them. She earned Bachelor of Arts from Yale University majoring in Political Science concentration in Urban Studies, Her Masters of Science from University of Pennsylvania majoring in Education and her Juris Doctorate in Law from Columbia University.

Matysik joined Share Food in March 2019.
George has vast experience Public policy and community leadership. He has years of experience in building and growing organizations to improve the lives of residents in the Greater Philadelphia area through non-profit and political action. He is a lifelong Philadelphian with a passion for urban policy, economic development, and education. His strengths include but not limited to: ▪ Grant writing and management ▪ Government relations ▪ Strategic planning ▪ Political campaign management ▪ Public policy and urban planning ▪ Communications ▪ Geospatial/statistical analysis ▪ Team management ▪ Community relations ▪ Board and committee leadership ▪ Grassroots advocacy. As the head of the largest hunger relief organization in the Philadelphia region, George Matysik is passionate about rooting out food insecurity, reducing food waste, and reimagining school lunches. Guest: Honorable James Greenwood is a Republican who resides in Bucks County. He was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives at the age of 29 in 1980. He served in the House for six years and then served for six years in the PA State Senate. In 1992 he was elected to Congress representing Bucks County, portions of Montgomery County and Northeast Philadelphia. He served in Congress for twelve years. In 2005 Greenwood left Congress to become the President and CEO of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization, the national trade association for 1100 biopharmaceutical companies. After 16 years in this role, he joined the DLA Piper law firm as chair of the Life Sciences Policy and Advocacy Group until April of this year. He now serves on the board of and consults with several biotech companies. Although a life-long Republican, he served as chair of Republicans for Shapiro and currently is the co-chair of Pennsylvania Republicans for Harris/Walz.
