Due to it's extreme mobility, the Flypack can deployed just about anywhere to create a command center or video village in places one may never thought possible. Flypack returns to Utah for Matt’s Off-Road Games!

Taking place at Sand Hollow Park in Hurricane, Utah, we built a control room for a full workflow. The show was cut on a TC2 Elite with an additional TC1 fully routed in line as a failover backup. We used Hyperdecks and AJA KiPro Go and Go 2 recorders to capture the program and all ISOs of the cameras. We mixed the audio with a QL1 to correctly balance the talents’ speech and vehicle noises. To add some flare, vMix Replay captured all the action so no moment was missed and NewBlue Captivate showed the timing of the vehicles.

To receive video and audio from the cameras in Sand Hollow, we used a mix of Pro380, Pro460, Air320, and Air220 transmitters for a total of 12 camera feeds back to the control room and a return video feed sent to the LED wall! Using the Haivision Streamhubs’ Data Bridge feature, CyanView RCPs allowed us to paint and shade the cameras live and Cuebi tally lights let the talent know when they were on air. Using ClearCom Agent IC in the field and a combination of a Clear-Com LQ with a Hollyland M1 system in the control room, we had a robust and reliable comm systems throughout the field with camera ops spread out over miles of Sand Hollow.

Another smooth show in a tough environment, and a huge shoutout to Eric and Andy for continuing to raise the bar out there.

Another incredible night with Flypack NY for DAZN Boxing, at the worlds most famous arena, Madison Square Garden! We covered the Shakur vs. Lopez press conference and weigh-in with a 7-camera setup: two Panasonic UE150s, and five Panasonic UC4000s, including three on tripods, one handheld, and one on a 24’ Jib. The team used ultra-wide and super tight lenses to capture every stare-down and exciting moment on stage, while robos and handheld mics covered the side talent studio, complete with a full red light package.

Everything ran seamlessly through a fully mixed clear comms system for up to 23 crew members. From the ring to the screen, nobody brings the action to life like Flypack! 🥊

The Flypack New York team is back at the iconic Madison Square Garden 🏟 ! This week we hit
the floor with a 5-camera setup, including a jib, where we live streamed the official Launch Press
Conference for Lopez vs. Stevenson, topped off with a separate UHD podcast straight from one
of the MSG locker rooms.

Our presser kit consisted of a fleet Panasonic 4000 cameras, various Fujinon 46x and ultrawide
lenses, a Tricaster Elite 2, and full Clear-Com intercom system. All powered and set-up by our
championship-grade crew for the press conference, capturing every moment as the fight night
energy built. 🎥

Day 3️⃣ of Fight Week!

The Fatal Fury Press Conference went down today at the Manhattan Center as the fighters faced off.

Flypack NY upgraded the production this day, increasing it to a 9-camera setup to catch every angle of the action, including stare-downs, trash talk, and all the heat!

Day 2️⃣ of Fight Week as Flypack NY handles the Open Workout coverage! 🥊

We captured the action with our eight-camera setup, including three handheld Panasonic cameras, five broadcast cams, and three robocams. The production included sparring sessions and fighter interviews from various angles.

A DAZN Boxing Double Card 💢🥊

The Flypack New York team provided live streaming, camera, audio, directing, and comms services for two boxing press conferences, ahead of the event in Times Square this upcoming May.

Flypack New York in Las Vegas! See Jason Gillet do it ALL! 🎰🎰🎰

Feast your eyes, as Jason works the PLV100s & UC4000s, attached with UA46 & Duvo 25-300 lenses. Check him out mixing the DM7 audio board, and shade the cameras using four RCP's. He even drove the truck to transport the gear!

Jason also adjusted the "Watchout" LED video wall, worked the DMX Lighting board, TD on the Constellation, pressed start on the KiPro recorders and many more amazing feats!

Yes, there were some more members on this job, including Eric LaDonna! Yet another successful cross-country event done by our amazing crew.

What's hotter than the Squid Games? Maybe our crew in these sweet jumpsuits from the show! 🔥🐙

Flypack NY is proud to work for Critical Hit Agency, providing tech for the / collaboration at "Squid Games: The Experience" here in New York City.

In a very small footprint, Flypack provided extensive audio, video, lighting, live switching, live streaming, social media support and editorial services for the event.

We couldn't have done it without the best group, shoutout to our excellent crew of (from left) John Carboni, Jaycee Eichner, Brian Timmons, Jason Gillet, Sergio Torres, Lance Merriweather and Alix Alvarez.

Election Day with Flypack NY… Everyone wins!

Flypack rolled out three separate crews for the big day, one crew in Philadelphia and two in NYC, covering everything election-based from start to finish.

Anthony Buysse and Brian Timmons were in Philly, using Flypack-equipped ENG camera kits with LiveU Contribution technology to transmit “standups” and “man-on-the-street” corespondent feeds to ITN.

Zach Breheny, John Carboni, Andy Lu and Eric LaDonna were our NY-based crew members, who covered full-day election news as TD’s in various control rooms around the city.

Flypack for DAZN at the Canelo vs Berlanga presser inside the Palladium in Times Square! 🥊

Flypack New York deployed a compact, remote control room, using broadcast cameras on fiber to facilitate a live transmission of the press conference for the highly anticipated super middleweight boxing match next month.

All audio traveled through Dante, LiveU transmission and the crew set up trademark DAZN lighting. It's always a pleasure working for the DAZN team!

Over the July 4th week, Flypack New York managed transmission and outbound streaming for the 30th Essence Festival in New Orleans.

At the festival, Flypack provided (8) Haivision Pro Series transmitters, grabbing line cuts from multiple stages Andy Lu and Eric LaDonna managed all outbound transmissions, inbound return feeds, and technical coordination between our master control and the on-site production crews.

In New York, Jacob Gillet, Zachary Breheney, and Michael Shayne managed the streaming of all daytime presentations. 50 hours of content was streamed to the public over three days. SRT feeds went to the White House and other media outlets. Overnight, Jacob “Rose” Pochron managed the transmission and streaming of the 7-hour music festival.

Jason Gillet, Chief Engineer, created the technical plan and custom configuration of our control room. John Carboni was coordinating producer in NY, coordinating all outbound streams from Flypack Studios to each of the client-designated platforms.
