Coleman County Electric Cooperative has revised their expectation for power being restored. The issue is at the Rowena station.

They are now estimating it to be at least 1 P.M. before power is restored.

I will update as information becomes available.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. Localized rainfall amounts of 4 to 6 inches are possible which would cause flash flooding.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties: Brown, Callahan, Coleman, Concho, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Runnels and San Saba.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
