He is a respected Marketing & Promotions Executive for the Caribbean American Carnival Association of Baltimore, a trusted collaborator in the Maryland entertainment scene, and a charismatic host who has represented Caribbean Carnival culture on major Baltimore media outlets and at City Hall.
In partnership with local DJs, Smally recently launched BLEND, a movement dedicated to uplifting communities through music, unity, and positive representation. His leadership continues to open doors for cultural celebration, brand engagement, and innovative event experiences across the DMV.
