Happy 21st Birthday Today you’ve reached 21 years, which means you put in 183,960 hours on earth and you spent about 10,000 of those hours learning how to become the most resourceful and experienced engineer on earth, proud of you! I’ve watched you grow from one of the baddest students in my music production class to one of my favorite human beings on earth who can run a studio better than I can! So I’m very excited for what the future holds for you! It’s sad that In this city a lot of young black men don’t make it to 21 or get killed before they reach their true potential, that statistic won’t be you cause we not going to let that happen to you at Dream 1st, we keeping you out of harm’s ways and always keep you around positive energy for as long as we can! Your chubz sauce is valued by so many artist in the city and you always take care of every artist that walks thru the door and we are so forever grateful for you! Today is your day, be thankful for every second you have spent on this earth and had a chance to live your dream and not become a statistic! May you continue to do great things and inspire millions of young engineers just like yourself! Happy Birthday Chubz!!! Let’s go big 21!!!!

So proud of myself! I really stayed focused on my dream of building Dream 1st Studios and becoming the go to studio in the city! I use to be in my grandma basement telling my friends i was going to build this studio one day as we recorded on a radio shack microphone and dell pc. Now I look back at my journey and i just think wow i really put my heart and soul into doing this my entire life and never stopped! I’ve learned so much over the years about what i can do, what else i still want to do and who i really want to become before my time is up and I am really humbled and grateful for the grind and the struggle! Doing this wasn’t easy, wasn’t cheap and I’ve forced myself to finish and complete everything i set my mind to do! I really appreciate my friends for putting up with all my ideas, all the hours i needed them to be there, all the moments we felt like we needed a break but kept working, i really appreciate my friends for not giving up on this dream and understanding none of us know what we were doing but look at what we created thru taking risk and trusting each other! I can be a lot to deal with sometimes cause i don’t stop grindin, i would be up 4am working on a light fixture and custom diffuser while my girl knocked out sleep with the baby, i really don’t know how to stop cause i love building studios so I really appreciate her and everybody for putting up with me and all my random Capricorn moments! Thank you to everybody who booked sessions while we still doing construction and electricity! Building a studio is a lot of work and there isn’t really a blueprint so i appreciate everyone for being there for love y’all! 2022 let’s get it!! Thank you - -

I’ll give my speech later but i just like to say Congrats to my team & Dream 1st Studios for receiving the “Studio of The Year” award at the 2021 last night! So proud of my spaceship, my team did a very good job this year recording hundreds of artist in the DMV area, I’m personally so proud and thankful for for holding down the studio, taking care of hundreds of clients while I had Covid trapped in the house, managing the biggest writing camp ever had in the city and the history of music and being such a strong positive young boss! Like I said I will give my speech later but i really appreciate everyone who made my studio successful and gave me and my team their support over the years! Special thanks to we are very grateful for all the love and hard work you guys did for us and the rest of the city! Congrats to everyone who was awarded last night especially those that use Dream 1st Studios and we had apart of your success! We appreciate you all, we couldn’t have done this without you guys trusting us to produce your music and give you the absolute best quality the city has to offer! Thank you for your hard work and trusting us to record all your talents!
