Congratulations to VCCA Fellow Ellen Prentiss Campbell on the release of her new novel FRIEDA'S SONG from Apprentice House. “I worked on the novel at VCCA during two residencies, and had a break-through where I began to clearly hear Frieda’s voice,” says Campbell.

It was a pleasure to listen to Ellen read from the book in last week's (in the virtual company of visual artist and VCCA Fellow Marilyn Banner whose artwork graces the cover).
