Coelum, an innovative Canton bistro helmed by chef Corey Laub and sommelier Ryan Thacker, has closed indefinitely. In a Facebook post announcing the closure, they attributed it to “unforeseen infrastructure issues.”

question on the balsamic chicken recipe on the back page. are you just putting whole giblets, sliced whole onion, and the pan juices together and thats it? seems a weird way to serve gravy and it wouldn't be thick!
I did not receive the Taste section on August 22, 2017. How do I get it online?
The 'Taste' section on 6/28/17 had a huge picture/headline saying "A healthy kick" and describing some trendy and (maybe) healthy drinks. However, the recipe on the last page of the section was for "Limeade" and it truly didn't belong. It listed 2 cups of sugar for a drink that includes "4 big slabs of watermelon" in addition to a lot of lime juice. Even though this recipe serves 10, that is an awful lot of sugar, and why do you even need to add sugar when you include watermelon? Recipe writers and newspaper editors: do a favor for the millions of diabetics, overweight folks, and anyone looking for a healthy drink, and greatly reduce or leave out the sugar in a drink like watermelon-limeade!
