Is this thing on?

EditCat Consulting was in a creative cocoon of sorts, but April brings with it... a creative effervescence of sorts.

And we were feeling the rumblings.

Consider this our social media stretch

Good people.

I've heard the requests.

The cometh, I'm cooking with prose while sautéing this cookbook (TBA)

But when that's done...

I'll conduct class from the place where I pick up words.

From the Water's Edge.

Now.

I cannot teach you how to write.

But.

I can show you, how to harness that which has been weaponized to destroy you.

To use it as your fuel - imagine... your burdens as an inexhaustible fuel source.

By way of this simple mantra that I've given to the handful of poets that I've taken into my orbit:

"Take your burdens to the water's edge and lay them down, better yet, let them drown as you rejoice in the sound of that was lost come back into your orbit. Giving your tears to the waters matters none, get up!"

Are you ready?

Okay... Good.
