Wesley and I argued all the time about my position on the state of impoverished ppl (mostly African American). YOU CAN'T HELP THOSE WHO DON'T WANT TO BE HELPED. Ppl have grown accustomed to the way of life, or have only seen that way of life, don't see anything "wrong" and are ok. Generation after generation gets stuck in the cyclical demise of what was once the brightest, strongest group of ppl.
- our children are being pushed along in school and will never be able to compete in the real world.
- we have all of these catch phrases and do to words that stop us from having real life conversations.
-AS BALTIMORIANS THEY EXPECT US TO BE AT THE BOTTOM OF EVERY CATEGORY BUT IN THE HIGHEST GROUPS OF NEGATIVE CATEGORIES.
- the list goes on

Serious question: have we as a ppl given up on ourselves? Can this be fixed?

WonandDone Programs and life skills training Baltimore for at-risk

Hello friends. As you know I have a vision of a comprehensive program that will eradicate teen pregnancy and teach intergenerational parenting skills to youth 12-19. Participants will get cpr training, baby sitting training and other advanced life skills trainings. The programs are free for participants but we need you to keep it that way. I am in the process of completing the 501c3 application so that i am eligible to apply for grants. Until it's filed, it's completely founder funded. Your donations will be used to pay the application fee, purchase equipment and incentives for participants. There as currently two ways to give electronically. Im not condoning or minimizing what they did. I am very aware of victim's rights. Definitely feel for her as she has a lot of recovering to do. We got want to ignore media propaganda or the overall systematic agenda.

However 12 and 14 year olds know the difference between right and wrong. HOWEVER research shows the brain is not developed until 26. We've all made crazy decisions. Their minds probably can't even put all the stuff together. Consequences, effects in the victim, registering as a sec offender... They aren't that smart yet. Sometimes it's about the thrill. Putting them in jail for the rest of their lives cheats them of opportunities to grow up, understand the aforementioned and rehabilitate. You have grown ppl molesting and ra**ng kids who are punished less harsh than what many of you are suggesting.

Why blame the parents? There are no real diversion programs to deter or redirect behavior before it gets out of hand. Hell there are no programs to keep them busy and out of trouble. As parents we do need to pay more attention.do better at parenting and watch the company They keep. Unfortunately you can't be with your kids all the time. Some things -not all... start at home. A broken system missing many pieces.

They do need to be held accountable but not for life. They have 4-6 years until they are an adult. Get them treatment. Find out what's going on to cause the s*xually deviant behavior. To wish them to be r***d is harsh. Ppl always quick to condemn until it happens to them. Let's look at it from a different point of view. Put money into the community and offer a higher quality of life. Then so much money won't be needed to fund prisons. It's nearly 40k to Care for am inmate and less than 6k per student for a school. Is that a problem?
System needs an overhaul. What's a solution? Would boys of a different race get the same treatment and attention? You dont know because they don't blast their faces on tv. What other cultures don't do is outwardly disgrace their own either. We got to do better! !!!!
