Isolation // Connection

Context is everything. e1507 isn't just a white box (though right now it looks like one while we swap installations). One artist's unique touch moves on while another's settles in as if it also always belonged—thanks to all the artists who have made this a special place, and all the collectors who help us keep this life-with-art experiment going.

Past // Present

Taking it all back to the beginning—Wendell Supreme Shannon’s work carries the rhythm of someone who’s shown up, day in and day out. Variations of his iconic Power of Absence (this being one) have made it across forms—embossed onto fabrics, painting on walls, and more.

Dedicated creative work, creatively—an inspiration to all of us and an opportunity for our culturally curious community to have an intimate look at the cusp of a great artistic legacy.

Seeing first light of day—Organized Chaos, Wendell’s latest work—anchors this show opening a week from today at e1507.

The emotional arc of a day—sunrise to dusk—lives in Wendell’s palette. Each tone carries its own kind of hour. Some pieces feel like a stretch of daylight. Others are the deep calm of night. Together, they tell a full cycle. Order and rupture, conflict and clarity.

Two weeks until the opening of All Day, All Night—so let's take a closer look. Clean lines, deliberate geometry, and an intentional calm define Wendell’s “Perfectionism” — try to stare and the precision carries your gaze from corner to line to color and back. There’s an inner current here: a quiet persistence, a precision earned, not imposed.

We're looking back on Hae Won's show in these final few weeks before deinstall. In the living room at E1507, Sohn’s work changed the way the space moves—what the walls do, how the light settles. In the space, it holds still.
