Today, Cowboy Cartel Hats will be closing early at 1:00 PM so our team can attend the memorial service for James McGroarty.

James was a huge part of what makes Bandera special. His love for cowboy culture, music, and community helped shape the town we all know and love.

We appreciate your understanding as we take time to honor his life and pay our respects alongside friends, family, and our community.

Your hat probably didn’t shrink. It lost its oval.

For the most part, hats don’t just shrink, unless you’re leaving them in a hot truck all the time. What usually happens is the hat loses the oval shape that matched your head.

That’s why maintaining the oval matters.

A custom band block helps your hat hold the shape of your head, so the next time you put it on, it fits the way it should. It can also help break in a new hat the right way.
