What motivates you? what makes that desire to move and get out of the couch? Any tactics?

Lately I have been getting into how to stay motivated and productive. When all i want to do is be lazy. But i found that being productive creates joy in me. knowing i worked hard and was able to keep going.

I was able to check out the portal recently, and i think its pretty cool, The camera actually follows the person. it turly is more immersive then a straight web cam.

Thoughts? and go!
