I might take a little break next week, but if I do bake, it’ll be for sourdough loaves + my dreamy sylvanas… w couple brand new flavors (coffee and pandan) 🤤

Next week, I’ll be back w a regular menu and bringing back my sourdough version of Cheesecake Factory brown bread 👀🤭🙈

I’m also experimenting w my organic figs for my sourdough loaves, and I’d love your input.. 🤭💕 What should I pair figs w in a loaf?? Cranberry?? Walnut??? or something else???

Been receiving so much love for my sylvana cookies!!!🥹 We had a few extras from yesterday, so I got to try all the flavors I offered.. 🤭💕🙈

Tbh, I loved all of them, but 4 really stood out— Almond, Pistachio, Ube, and Oreo.. 😉💕

My son who’s become so conscious of what he eats (teenagers 😅) kept asking for more, but Amelia and my husband devoured them first 😂🤪

never thought I’d be making croissants… from something that intimidated me to something I’m proud of..☺️🤭 long fermented, a little kinder to the gut, and one of my faves right now.. 💕

Today’s Saturday bake kicked our butts!!!

Even though we woke up earlier than our usual bake day and prepped all the fillings last night, we were still crazy busy 🤪… but truly, so grateful! 🫶🏻💕

Anddd thank you so much to everyone who waited patiently for extras—and honestly, not sure how it happened, but we ended up w a few extras this morning 🥹💛

When you’re finally getting the hang of sourdough croissant/pain au chocolat!!!! 😍🙈💕

I was supposed to bake these yesterday… but the rise took over 12 hrs 😳🙄😂🤪
bit look at them though—so worth the wait!!!

Still learning, but feeling more confident w my croissant-making skills 🥐🙈🙏🏻

Yesterday FB reminded me that it was my 2nd baking anniversary, but I was honestly too tired to post something 😂🤪
So here it is today!

Thank you so much for being w me for the last 2 yrs—for every order, message, share, and kind word.. so grateful for all the love and support you’ve shown my little sourdough journey 🫶🥹💕

No extras this weekend, but I am planning something cute for Valentine’s Day 💕

Testing sourdough croissants again!! 🤭🙈

Last Wednesday’s batch went surprisingly well, but I had to be sure it wasn’t just a fluke 🤪🙈

This is only my 2nd time ever making sourdough croissants, and the last time I made any croissant was about 5 yrs ago (let’s just say they looked more like crescent rolls 😅😂)..

Sourdough croissants are humbling.. They’re trickier than regular croissants, taking patience, timing, and a lot of trust in the process—especially when it comes to lamination.. This batch took almost 5 days from start to finish, but seeing those layers unfold, smooth and even, made every fold, rest, and bit of butter handling totally worth it.. 🥹😌💕

I’ll be baking some tomorrow and some again on Wednesday, just to make sure I can really repeat what worked 🙈🤭

Still a work in progress, but I’m so proud of how far my lamination has come!

QUICK REMINDER:
Orders are closing tonight
I still have 1 bomboloni order spot left, and sylvanas are closed, I added 2 small treat boxes for anyone wanting something sweet this coming weekend.. ☺️💕They’re such a great way to try some of the things I bake and might make them a regular thing! 🤭😉

I also think I might have perfected my sourdough white chocolate ube scones 🙈😍😌, so I’m adding a (4) 4-pack of ube scones 💜

📅 I won’t be baking the following week (Jan 17).. If I have extras, I’ll post them on Wednesday 😌
