November 10 marks 50 years since one of the most tragic events in Great Lakes history.

Departing the day before from Superior, Wisconsin, the Edmund Fitzgerald encountered treacherous weather on Nov. 10, 1975, sinking with all 29 crew aboard, just 15 miles northwest of Whitefish Point. Tragically, no survivors were ever found and the disaster became national news as families grieved their lost loved ones.

Tune in at 6:30 p.m. tonight or any night this week to Spectrum Cable Channel 10 or Antenna TV43 to watch a special about the Edmund Fitzgerald.

If you missed the Downtown Baraboo Light parade we will be showing it at 8:00 a.m. on December 25th on Spectrum Cable Channel 10 and Antenna TV 43.
We will also have Christmas services at 10;00 a.m. from St. Joseph Catholic Church, 11:00 a.m. from the Presbyterian Church in Baraboo and noon from St. John's Lutheran Church in Baraboo.
