At approximately 12:30 pm, the city of Bardstown had a power blip that caused some of our backend cable and internet systems to go down. We are aware of the issue and are working on getting service brought back online as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience.

If you are still having trouble reconnecting your cable box after yesterday's outage, here are the steps you will need to follow:

1️⃣ Press the CBL button on your remote.
2️⃣ Press the Power button.

🔹 If your box was disconnected yesterday, you’ll need to call City Hall to have it reactivated. They can send a signal to get you back up and running!

Our scheduled maintenance window for cable boxes didn’t go as planned, and service is currently down. We’re working to restore it as soon as possible.
⚠️Please leave your cable boxes hooked up—⚠️unplugging them may cause further issues. TVs connected directly (without an HD box) will continue to work as usual.

On the fiber side, the maintenance went well, but if you’re experiencing issues, try power cycling your equipment to restore service.

On Saturday, February 8, an internal network outage caused a disruption in video service for our cable customers. Our team worked throughout the day and into the night to restore service, and we appreciate your patience while we resolved the issue.

We are reviewing our network to help prevent this from happening again and improve reliability. A credit of $10 will be provided to affected customers.

Service Notice: Scheduled Maintenance

Starting at midnight tonight and tomorrow night, we will be performing essential maintenance to improve our fiber internet service in the north and east parts of our system.

During this time, customers in the areas around John Rowan Blvd (US-245) and farther north, as well as those around Old Bloomfield Rd extending all the way east to Chaplin, may experience intermittent outages.

Outage Window: 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM
Dates: Oct 26 and 27
