We have been notified by the broadcaster that channels 7/7.1/934 (CW), 8.2/959 (Cozi), and 7.2/935 (Movies!) will be off air this Saturday night / Sunday morning (April 8th and 9th) for hopefully less than an hour starting around midnight.

On Tuesday, March 21, we will be making upgrades to the Filiatreau node, which supplies services to Woodlawn Springs, Early Times, and areas near to those. These upgrades will be made during our scheduled maintenance window, from midnight to 6AM. If you live near there and are unsure if your service is supplied through that node, please contact our Customer Service team at 502-348-5947, and they can look that up for you.

Please plan on service outages from midnight to 6AM on Tuesday the 21st, if your services are provided by the Filiatreau node.

Our video customers may experience television outages tonight from 11PM to 7AM while our main satellite dish is undergoing maintenance. Although we regret any disruptions in service, with proper maintenance we can continue offering reliable television service. Thanks for your understanding!

Bardstown Cable and Internet is experiencing a system wide outage due to power loss. Technicians are working to restore service and should have it back up in 3 - 5 hours. Your patience is appreciated.

Our phones are also out at City Hall, but we do have a couple customer service representatives answering Facebook messages, if you need to reach us.
