Director Jessie Tennis cuts the ribbon to open the new Barrington Community Center on Ramsdell Lane on Tuesday. Built upon the bones of the steel building that has served as the town hall, police station, gym and library, the rebuilt structure now has updated HVAC systems, vitally-needed insulation, and multiple spaces to support the youth, adults and seniors of Barrington. Jessie credits the heart of the building is the team offering a diverse menu of art, athletic and cultural activities.
