A New Chapter for Spring Garden Vineyard

After many wonderful years, our family has made the decision to sell Spring Garden Vineyard.

This wasn't an easy decision, but we are grateful to have found new owners, Missy and Brion Withrow, who share a love for the vineyard and are committed to continuing the U-pick tradition that has meant so much to so many families.

Spring Garden Vineyard has always been more than a place to pick grapes. It's where family traditions were made, memories were created, and generations returned year after year. We have been truly blessed to be a small part of so many families' lives.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your support, friendship, and patronage through the years. You helped make Spring Garden Vineyard the special place it has become.

The vineyard will continue to be open this season from Friday, August 14th through late September, and we hope you'll continue your tradition of visiting, picking muscadines, and supporting Missy and Brion as they begin this exciting new chapter.

Thank you for the memories, the laughter, and the friendships. We will always treasure them.

Saturday July 25th we'll be at the Haile Market in Gainesville from 8:30 to 12pm.

Sunday July 26th from 9-1pm at St Augustine Farmers Market Classic Car Museum.

It's going to be a gorgeous weekend in both areas. Hope to see you there. Come check out our Florida Natives and other edible/medicinal plants/trees. We only have (4) 3 gal Paw Paws (A.triloba) left available.

☀️ A Little Summer Reminder from Your Farmers Market 🌱

As we settle into the hottest part of the Florida summer, you may notice that a few of our farmers have fewer products—or may even miss a market or two.

That’s completely normal.

Unlike grocery stores, our farmers can only sell what nature provides. The intense summer heat, heavy rains, and seasonal growing cycles mean some crops simply aren’t ready, while others have finished for the season. Instead of trucking produce in from somewhere else, our farmers stay true to what they actually grow.

The good news? We still have many farmers and as for the rest, They’ll be back!

As the seasons change, fields will fill again, harvests will grow, and our market will once again be overflowing with fresh, local abundance. Until then, the farmers who are here can’t wait to see you and serve you the best of the best, and the ones who aren’t here are working in the fields preparing for the next yield.

Every purchase you make helps keep local agriculture thriving through the toughest growing season of the year.

So come stroll the market, meet the farmers, ranchers, and makers, and discover what’s in season, and remember—shopping local means shopping with the seasons. 🌿❤️
