🚨 VINDICATED: DA Refuses ALL Charges Against Journalist Assaulted at New Orleans City Hall
They split his head open. They charged HIM with a crime. They threw him in jail. They hid the evidence.

By sundown that same day, NOPD charged THE JOURNALIST — not the attacker.
Then they:

❌ Used the false charge to DENY his public records request for the security footage
❌ Arrested him during a winter storm 2 months later
❌ Lied about bond requirements to keep him locked up
❌ Dumped him on the streets 150 miles from his car
