Supplements are exactly that, supplements!
Not magic pills. Not replacements for healthy habits. Not a substitute for nourishment, sleep, movement, or nervous system support.
But in today’s world of:
chronic stress
depleted soil
environmental toxins
busy lifestyles
chronic gut dysfunction,
I do believe (and see in my practice!) targeted supplementation can play a really powerful role in supporting overall health.
These are the foundational supplements I personally prioritize most often for:
energy
hormone support
nervous system regulation
digestion
inflammation support
immune health
(Also not shown, probiotic of course, gotta support the gut)
And while this is what works for me, the goal should always be personalization, because everybody is different.
