Grateful to officially be a graduate of the Business Report Leadership Academy!

This experience came at the perfect time.

JCB Media is in a season of growth, and stepping into a room focused on leadership, not just business, challenged me in the best way. One of my biggest takeaways was learning the true purpose of delegation. Not just handing things off, but building systems, trust, and clarity so a team can actually thrive.

I also realized something deeper. I’m not building this alone. I’m building something with people. Culture matters more than I understood, and the kind of team you build will ultimately define what you’re able to sustain.

Beyond business, it was powerful to have real conversations about the future of Baton Rouge. There’s so much potential here, and I’m excited to play a role in pushing our city forward.

As a young entrepreneur, being surrounded by leaders across multiple generations was invaluable. I’m grateful for the relationships built and look forward to continuing to grow, collaborate, and do meaningful work together.
