The Airbnb right on the lake was absolutely gorgeous, and the memories were worth every hiccup. Grateful for cozy views, fresh mountain air (eventually 😅), and a trip we won’t forget.

WOW! What a weekend covering stories for LPB/PBS' Louisiana: The State We're In. We headed to Shreveport to talk about G-Unit studios coming to the area! We also spoke to a downtown, Shreveport executive chef about the benefits this could bring! We also headed to Calhoun for a look at Candy Cane Lane. I capped off the weekend with a sail boat ride in New Orleans!
