THE LAST THIS YEAR!

This week, we wrapped up the final Digital Editing Classes for 2025 with the Battle Creek STEM Innovation Center students.

We're half-way through the classes now, and we look forward to getting back to teaching these bright young minds how to create a little bit of "Hollywood Magic" right here in Battle Creek!

So, here's the last graduates for 2025....if you recognize any of them, give them a pat on the back and congratulations for us. They learned A LOT in a short period of time.

If YOU would like to follow in the footsteps of these young Spielbergs....check out the class schedules for January and February of next year, or head on over to our website for more information about the public video production classes we offer!

Over the next few weeks we'll be highlighting some of the projects AccessVision has done for other nonprofits. Woman's Co-op needed a way to elevate the voices of women and families whose experiences with poverty are too often overlooked in the community.

"AccessVision provided the platform, technical support, and partnership needed to create our monthly show and to produce our poverty documentary. Through these projects, they helped us give space to stories that are rarely heard, allowing our members to share their perspectives with dignity and authenticity.

We chose AccessVision because of its commitment to amplifying community voices. They understand the importance of storytelling as a tool for change and have consistently helped us ensure that the lived experiences of women and families in Battle Creek are seen, heard, and respected. Their partnership has been reliable, mission-aligned, and deeply valued.

Through our collaboration with AccessVision, our members have gained a sense of empowerment by seeing their voices reach the broader community. Both the talk show and the documentary have strengthened community understanding, sparked important conversations, and created a deeper sense of connectedness between the women we serve and the city we call home. The documentary, in particular, delivered powerful insight—sharing the realities of poverty directly from those experiencing it, alongside perspectives from leaders tasked with addressing it. This work has increased awareness, strengthened empathy, and helped position Woman’s Co-op as a trusted voice on issues affecting low-income families."

- Teresa Momenee-Young, Woman's Co-op Executive Director

Over the next few weeks we'll be highlighting some of the projects AccessVision has done for other nonprofits. First up is The Battle Creek Area Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber needed a reliable partner to help expand their storytelling capacity and capture the impact of their work in a dynamic, accessible way.

"AccessVision provided the professional video support and technical expertise we lacked in-house, allowing us to showcase our programs, members, and community in a powerful new format. They understand our community and share our commitment to elevating Battle Creek. Their team offers high-quality production, collaborative support, and a genuine passion for helping local organizations strengthen their message.

Working with AccessVision has amplified our reach and engagement across the region by utilizing high quality video. Their work helped us tell our story more effectively, increased visibility for our initiatives, and strengthened the connection between the Chamber, our members, and the greater Battle Creek community."
