Letting light into my world has been its own kind of healing… a practice in release, in presence. Teaching me that vulnerability doesn’t dim me. It illuminates me. ✨

I don’t care that some people on here aren’t able to see me and what I’m trying to contribute to the social media universe.

Some of you may not need to see content like mine right now… but one day maybe you will and I’ll still be right here showing up for us all.

I’m going to keep using my voice, my platform, my body to show that reminders to others.

I’ve held onto these two bags of breastmilk for almost six years now 🤍 These bags hold so much love that my body gave to my son. From the day he was born all the way to the night before my preventative mastectomy.

Preserving breastmilk and creating keepsakes has become one of the greatest gifts I’ve been able to give my healing after my preventative mastectomy.

These two bags are my most prized possessions ✨

Sometimes I forget how early the world teaches us what parts of ourselves to question and hide. How quickly we learn to stare at our softness, our scars, our bodies that keep us alive. Like they’re something we should explain away. The real beauty is in the life we carry, our joy, our breath, the love. Those are the parts worth seeing 🫂
