Today, the Neshoba General family joins our community in mourning the passing of Mr. Kenneth Posey.

Mr. Posey faithfully served Neshoba General as a member of the Board of Trustees and twice as Chairman of the Board. His distinguished career in healthcare, marked by integrity, wisdom, and servant leadership, touched countless lives across Mississippi and strengthened rural healthcare for generations to come.

His guidance, dedication, and unwavering commitment to our hospital and community leave a legacy that will not be forgotten.

We are saddened by the passing of Kenneth Posey, longtime Board member at Neshoba General and former administrator of Jasper General Hospital. With over 50 years in hospital administration, he was a dedicated advocate for rural hospitals, patients, and communities—and a dear friend of the Mississippi Hospital Association.

His commitment to making hospitals better for the people they serve will be deeply missed. Our thoughts are with his family and all who knew him.
