I would like to take a moment and offer my most sincere and heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for your continued faith and patience in me, Deborah and Crusade Comics.

Deb continues fulfilling daily and we've been mailing out Shi: Gatecrasher rewards to our backers weekly. Another shipment went out yesterday and more will ship out this Monday. We will continue fulfilling weekly into December. Thus far over 1,800 rewards (out of our 2,600 backers) have been shipped. If you've yet to receive your rewards, be rest assured they are on the way!

It has been an incredible year of growth here at Crusade and it is all due to you and your support and we will continue to deliver the very best comics product our talent, passion and persistence can muster.

I am very, very humbled and proud on how well Ran: Revenge of the Warrior is coming out. So much so that I find it very, very inspiring as it has rekindled my passion for the character that started it all.

Next updates will begin sharing some finished color and lettered pages (they are coming out incredible, but no spoilers), the added WALTER SIMONSON/DAN LAWLIS VARIANT and a NEW COVER as our amazing campaign reopens Monday, December 1, 2025 for late pledging!

We're planning some really terrific crowdfunding projects in 2026 including the Shi Omnibus Vol. 2: The Crossovers (Spring), Shi: Big in Japan (Summer) and an all-new IP launching next fall. Deb and I are also planning a lot of fun special editions celebrating our continued anniversary books.

I would like to wish you all a very, very Happy Thanksgiving and pray for your coming holiday season be filled with cheer, good health and blessings.

It is truly a fan boy's dream come true!
Ran: Revenge of the Warrior Features a Stunning Wraparound Cover by Comics' Legend Walter Simonson, with wonderful colors by Dan Lawlis.

As Deb continues packing up Shi: Gatecrasher, I'm (when not signing Gatecrasher or dropping boxes off at the USPS) going full bore into our newest Kickstarter, Ran: Revenge of the Warrior!
Best of all, we have my favorite comic book creator, Walter Simonson lending his extraordinary talents to our special Wraparound Cover!

Walter and Weezie have been wonderful friends for over 30-years. Aside from all the joy and inspiration they've given (Walter is my favorite comic artist and Weezie's Archangel being my favorite Marvel character for instance), Walter, Weezie and their fans, through selflessness and endless generosity, have also donated thousands of dollars to our veterans these past few years.

Ran: Revenge of the Warrior debuts on Kickstarter this coming Thursday, November 20th, at 7pm EST/4pm PST. The short 22-day campaign will close at 11:59pm EST on December 22nd, and I cannot wait to share her journey of triumph over tragedy and to launch a whole new universe that hopefully, will clash with Ana's in the future!
