CRUSADE COMICS OFFERS MEMORIAL SEPTEMBER 11TH LIMITED PRINT, “THE FIREMAN’S PRAYER”

, we've reissued this 2001 illustration as a special 25th Anniversary Memorial Print.
A.W. “Smokey” Linn’s Fireman’s Prayer is lettered in full—an appeal for strength to save lives of every age, for alertness in the smoke, and for God’s protection of family should the firefighter himself fall.
The art is somber in its wreckage and its weary hero, yet powerful in the unbowed stance, the surviving flag, and the prayer’s quiet vow to forever answer the call.

Twenty-five years later the print remains both memorial and statement: the victims are remembered, the heroes’ duty endures, and honors that same spirit of service of our warfighters and veterans.

Each print measures 11” X 17” and ships flat in polymer protective sleeve and heavy cardboard envelope. Portions of all proceeds will be donated to American Legion.

RAN BOOKS ARE IN!

Deborah and I are so happy to announce that your Ran: Revenge of the Warrior #1/Mortuary Michelle: Spectral Awakening #0 have arrived from the printer to our fulfillment center!

With the help of our friends, Mike, AJ, and Tom, all books have been organized on our office shelves, with the vast majority of them signed by yours truly and bagged up for you.

With their 90's throwback gloss cover, these 56-page graphic novellas are just striking! I am so, so proud of how beautiful they all came out. Amazing, amazing work by our designer Mindy Lopkin and our printing partners Jenebeth and Jostens.

Our stretch goals are scheduled to arrive this weekend and we will immediately begin packing them up with the first wave of books planned to ship end of next week!

Thank to everyone on our team, (Deb, Leandro Oliveria, Fred Benes, Fred Marinho, JCV, Jason Odom, Justin Duane, Brian Miller, Nile Scala, Mindy Lopkin, Celso Mazine, Brian Blevins, Walter Simonson, Dan Lawlis, Tiago Barsa, for producing such an incredibly entertaining project.
